I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006, and I joined the Litz team in 2021 bringing with me a deep knowledge of the Southern Maryland real estate market across Charles County, St. Mary’s County, and Calvert County. I write and manage all contracts, oversee the title process, and coordinate directly with our preferred law firm to ensure every piece of paperwork is handled accurately and on time. When it comes to the business and legal side of building your home, I’m the one making sure all the details are buttoned up so Keith and Josh can focus on building you an exceptional home.
My role doesn’t stop at new construction. I’m a full-service REALTOR® actively working resale transactions across Charles County, St. Mary’s County, and Calvert County every day. From first-time buyers purchasing a resale home in St. Mary’s County, to move-up buyers selling in Charles County and building new in Calvert, I handle both sides of that transaction so you never have to juggle multiple agents or feel like anyone is dropping the ball. Many of our Litz clients are coming from an existing home, and I’ll help you sell your current home and time that transition strategically so you’re not caught between two mortgages or scrambling for temporary housing while your new home is being built.
